Default Career question

OK here's the thing, Every time I start a career, i always get transferred at the end of my second patrol even after completeing all my patrol missions.

Any advice?

It sounds like you are not completing enough objectives on each patrol.

When you go on a patrol you are given an initial objective. Once you complete it you should radio in. When you do you will be given another objective. Complete it and radio in again. Continue on this way until you are either low on ordnance or ammunition... then return home.

It is important to sink tonnage, but it is equally important to complete as many objectives as possible.

Also try to find a convoy that hasn't been reported (anything upwards of three ships), and send a contact report. I believe this also keeps you in high commands good books.

They'll send you specific orders after that too, sometimes. Like 'Soften them up by targetting escorts' or 'Sink a few of them' or whatever. That gives you another objective to complete.

I'm curious though...how many do you have to complete before they offer you a new boat?

It depends I think. If you get shot up pretty badly they may give you a new boat. I was offered a new one after 3 patrols with good tonnages on each.
