What are some of the features from 1.5 that you are missing or want?

Let me know and I can send it as an attachment. I am also rolling back to 1.5. It may be historically correct but there is far too little traffic in 1.6. I only get to play this game for an hour max at a time so I cannot be waiting for something to show up. Pressures of modern day life

The difference in traffic between 1.5 and 1.6 is vanishingly small.

Very few changes, and none massive. If I had to guess I might say there is actually MORE traffic in 1.6.

(one possible exception would be late war. I got to a few layers late in the war I hadn't in 1.5, and I toned them down. In stock (1.5 late war was stock with zig zags) you could walk on hulls without getting wet.

Thanks Gents. Tater, I just tried to modify TM 1.6 and I had a mess. My modifications worked better with 1.5. but after formatting HD i forgot to make a copy. The idea of my modification was to leave original traffic p1.3.(by deleting convoys "schedule"-sorry, tater) and using high AI and sensors from TM.
I actually play both versions of TM original(with tater mods) and mine modified. If anyone is interested in my edition of TM I can publish it on filefront.
Jhereg , really appritiate your help. Von Tonner, Thanks to You 2.

Interesting how you modified it....I like doing that too. Its fun and rewarding. I am doing a late '41 patrol east of Japan. It was interesting because the weather and fog were just terrible and I still managed to "run" into a DD and 2 merchants. Stock TM1.6.2

I did manage to sink the two merchants but now I am back at Midway refueling and rearming and back out I go to try and get the last 2000 tons so that I can move on.

In the perspective of coming(?) patch 1.4 I am really wondering how far new patch will go.
The best way, in my opinion, is possibility to set enemy AI, traffic level, airpatrol level etc. And ( I understand that it is unlikely) to have a possibility to hunt for japanese submarine. Mods of tater, decimus, anvart and co can be useful. But it is totally depends on modders point of view.

PS I try to publish my mod ASAP, but i am afraid it will be THUS or even FRI. Last weeks are crazy for me.

Out of curiousity, what is it about 1.6 that drives people back to 1.5?

If i were to guess,, im thinking the incorporation of NSM Lite with some adjustments i made?
