I find this to be quite unrealistic, as I often have a 25000+ ton patrol and my commander is still a nub. I try to compensate for this by doing a little shakedown cruise, but when I reload the game the commander's demoted to LtZS. This has annoyed me from the game's release. What is the meaning of this?! __________________
