I just started my first Asiatic fleet campaign, and noticed that while all my orders say "Cavite Naval Base" the boat actually starts out at the Manila docks (and passes the Cavite docks on its way out of Manila Bay).
Is it possible to correct where the boat starts (and ends) each patrol? |

You can try editing Manila harbor via the Mission Editor:
* make a backup first SH4\Data\Campaigns\Campaign\ US_NavalBases.mis and move the Anchor closer to cavit ( this just gives you the base radius ) For actual placement, edit the: US_HarborTraffic.mis and edit, adding your class of ship and select Human Control. Don't know if this will work for starting location, but it does work for missions.

No, for careers you'd need the lat/long and it would need to be added to either careerstarts, or flotillas in the UPCData folder.
The way you'd do that is to place a single ship where you want the sub to start, complete with waypoint and heading, then copy those values into the upc file. tater |

Flotillas.upc is the file.
Code:

It would be nice to get Mariveles in there as a regular Asiatic Fleet base, because it was used for submarine operations for the balance of December 1941. Maybe tweak the starting dates to have the player's home base switch from Cavite to Mariveles on the 24th of December, giving them time to sortie from there before the evacauation to Java.
