first patrol question - wrong dock?

First career patrol, starting at earliest date. I saw some kind of radio message about a base relocation but ignored it. I went all the way back to Midway to refit and steamed to Pearl Harbor. Was I supposed to dock somewhere else? Surabaya or something like that? Will this screw me up somehow?

If it allowed you to end patrol you're fine. You probably saw the message for the relocation of the Asiatic fleet in retreat.
