CTD after patching 1.03

Hello,

As Captain Lehman says in the manual:

If you encounter problems during GWX installation, please post the details at the Subsim forum

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/index.php), and include the contents of "GWXInstErr.log" if it

exists on your Desktop.

My problem is simple: I can play in solo but if I load the last save of my campaign, it's crash to dekstop.

Install without problem but I have not a GWXInstErr.log.
