Default [REQ] emblem location

are there any mods out there that place your emblem on the front aspect of the conning tower? thx.

The only way of doing this would be to put the emblem into the skin. Even then I'm not sure that it would work as I think the conning tower is the same .TGA reversed on either side so the join would possibly prevent it from being done.

I asked the same question some time ago, and I was told that it can be done by adding another anchor point... I got lost..
Requires some hex editing and something else... in other words, too complicated for the purpose IMHO.

Apparently the location of the emblem object it can be moved on the turms. CapZap is correct this would require hex editing (not my cup of tea), and would probably make the conning tower unsuitable for use in MP games meaning that it would need to be restricted to SP unless all players had the modified turms.

I'm looking into whether the dimensions of the emblem object can be enlarged or changed so that rectangular or larger hi res emblems could be used so that they appear larger than the current ones. Again any mucking about with this would render the turms that are changed unusable in MP unless all players have them.
