[TEC] I need some help please

I just got home and installed patch 1.3 but I havn't a clue what is going on as far as what is really fixed and what has changed and what MOD's I need to make the game work properly that is still broken after the patch?

Do I need ship Dimention Fix?
or anything else for that matter that isn't just eye candy to make it work right!?

Fix's first then eye candy LOL!

I did find C.C.'s mod list on what works and dosn't work but what MOD Fix's do I need?
