It has come to my understanding there is no Panama Canal. If this is the case, who among the greatest modders the net has ever seen can get one in the game?

Yes it could and my thought exactly! Now, who has the brains to get this in the game? Please raise your hand!

The same technique (assuming I knew how to do it) could be used to improve the pacific islands, no? Many Atolls are lacking important islands, and all lack REEFS. The sea floor could be raised to just sea level along the reefs.
Some of the little islands are important because the channels into the lagons would need to be larger than RL because of the AI crashing. So having some smaller islands would allow coast guns to at least mitigate running in on the surface... |

And others are in a PC language's that are nuts to crack that take a sledge
hammer to figure out how to read them and or convert them to something that is workable then putting them back into their original form so they will work in the game. |
