I need help finding a definitive listing of active duty USN SubRons during WW2.

I've already found a few from rather obscure veterans association sites however I've yet to find any sort of definitive USN listing, however Google, and other webcrawlers aren't really being of much benefit here.

Anyone know of any other e-resources that would help here? Because I'm fearing that in order to get any 'reliable/official info' im going to have to revert to text based documents and the harder process of finding aged text based documents.

I think that the US Index of Naval Vessels book might have some information on it, yet the online conversion of that book is incomplete and I've been unable to locate a 'reliable' copy.

So far I've only found the whole Asiatic Fleet Order of Battle, apparently they only had 1 Subron and 4 SubDiv's which appear to be subdivisions of SubRons based entirely off of boat type.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
