Default "Codified" mods for 1.3? (dev question)

I've read many of the bug/suggestion threads for the game, and many peopel are asking for fixes/improvements that are already mods, or that would be easy mods to create.

If credited in the 1.3 readme, wouldn't it be a good idea to take some mods and incorporate them into the 1.3 patch? The benefit would be that mods that correct stuff might be incompatable with mods that add other features to the same file. It would be nice if the baseline files were as accurate as possible.

Nematode's research on the HP of engines was turned into a mod by Mav87th correcting data that was simply wrong. Seems like just adding this to 1.3 would be instant patch content for the devs.

Another easy one would be aircraft loadouts. I have altered them in my campaign, but have not released them. I can clean them up and release them, but it should really be fixed in the stock game, they are all so grossly wrong.

The ship dimensions mod (krupp, right?) is another obvious choice (or did that get put in 1.2?).

Realistic crew configs (lukeff) is another no-brainer to add to 1.3.

Cox's proper USN hats, yet another.

There are a bunch that should just be added to the actual game.
