New Unit Available - H8K Flying Boat (link inside)

A little something for our Japanese allies. Now they're not totally devoid of aircraft. The H8K is cloned from the default Sunderland and does not interfere in any way with the original units. It's fully functional, JSGME compatible, and will attack Allied shipping using the divebomber AI. If anyone else is working on other Pacific units, let me know
