Using Big gun Mod causes crash to desktop

Im uncertain if this is the place to report this issue?
But I incerted the big gun sound mod into the game and experianced some crashes to the desk top when ever I would engage an enemy ship with either the deck gun or the flack guns.
I just did a reinstall of the game and incerted the mods 1 at a time and experianced nuthen till the big gun sound mod.
I don't know if any of you are experiancing this issue? but if you are, try sticking the stock gun sounds back into the game and see if that fixes it.
