Just letting you all know folks I have now decided to leave as I am getting fed up with certain person here and I don't need there BS which is constant nick picking at my remarks which have been increasing over the months here in the general topics forum and I am sick of it.

I am sorry to say this as most of you here are a great bunch.

I will be checking my PM's till mid June after that I will not be returning.

My rescue was - the discovery of the ignore button.

I don't think I'll ever get to this stage either, even if I'm sometimes tempted to. I know far too well that in the end, all that will end up rather trivial.

What I do when I'm upset in this way is just not visit the General Topics for a week or two, and focus on 'raiding' the other forums. By then it settles down.

It'd be a real shame if you did leave though.

Ya dude don't go, even I quit a year or so back...but just take a time out....visiting the other forums on here is good or so is just staying away a while.The ignore button is an option I guess but is better to face life than ignore it.

Don't empower the individuals who would be emboldened by your departure.
Don't use the ignore option, only cowards, cannot hear a different opinion.

I for one have always found your anti-PC stance to be admirable and would be sorely missed.

I have just come back today after a month and a halfs break. No melodramatic goodbye stuff. Just take a rest and come back later. This is Subsim and as such people should follow the S.O.P of silently slipping underneath the waves and diving deep and running silent.

Anyway nice to be back at such a rotten time with the Ubiscum debacle over SHIV.

We have rented a French chalet (saw a documentary the BDU actually did this) so you can take leave, drink nice wine have some decent food (we won't force yout to eat snails though) and enjoy the company of nice French ladies.

Then you can return to service refeshed and relaxed.
