[REQ] Battery low alert sound missing

Don't you think that there should be a voice warning that the battery is at 50% ? I thought it was due to running often at increased time. Yesterday I was at 1X time and decided to do a quick manual check.

The text warning had come several minutes earlier but not a sound from the crew!!

One would think the most obvious items would be of higher priority than they are.

Can anyone make this happen?

Much speech is missing from SH3 into SH4. You only get a text message.

I tried to fiddle with that sh4.dl file in Sound directory to no avail to enable speech for various missing speech and sounds.
