Anomalies I have discovered on first patrol.

During my first patrol I discovered a few things:
This effect is while moving mouse to the right & if I move to the left it appears on the left:

After saving and loading some wierd repeating orders, only a half dozen times or so then it's over with, also the ship I just sunk when I saved is gone and not even marked on map, but atleast it was still counted in the report. (main thing)
Anyone have any of these problems? is there a fix? I do realise the repeating orders has been mentioned many times but I thought that had been cleared up.
These are no big deal but I thought I'd ask!
