That is if I could find the time. They will probably get you coming home for a full fair though.

They are just trying to fill the seats (at least ten open seats)and perhaps gain a coulpe of market share points. All those seats will probably be 'stand by'. Does anyone remember Peoples Express?

The same way other budget airlines work - a small number of tickets that price and the rest more expensive with the cost increasing as you get nearer the date. Then you use airports that arent the main ones to cut down on fees, charge extras if someone wants to take a bag and so on.
Established model in europe, can fly just about anywhere for £50 if you choose carefully. I've been return to Dublin for £0.01 before now.
