[REL] Smaller Sub Marker
This is my first attempt at a mod, so please be gentle
 I know a lot of people don't like the stock orange Underwater Marker so as a learning experience I decided to try and change it. I have removed the outer circle of the marker and just left the small arrow and reduced the brightness of the orange a bit.
