Default Crew members not following lighting conditions

Hello all,

I have noticed a slight problem with my crew not following the lighting scheme in the boat. For example, when rigged for red, the crew is not bathed in the glow of the red lights, but rather look bright as day. Even worse, when heavily damaged and the lights turn off, I can still see my crew standing there in the pitch black as if nothing was wrong.

I have scoured the forums and the net and can't find anyone else having this issue. I have tried turning my graphics all the way down and all the way up, but same result each time. My drivers are current.

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks!

I had this with an ATI 9800 pro. I have since upgraded to a BFG 7800 and it went away.

That stinks. And this card is an upgrade from my ATI 9200, which of course won't even try to run the game. But, at least I know it's my card.

Thanks

BTW, if anyone knows how to correct this issue, I'm all sonar.

Dunno. I have an ATI x1900 XTX and I don't have this problem. I get blue lights at night, and normal lights during the day. Maybe you just hit a bug that will go away with the next patrol?
