[TIP] My ATI mouse lag fix...

I'm running the latest Omega drivers with the ATI Tray tool. There is an option under the Direct 3d portion called "flip queue size". The default was set to undefined. I changed it to zero. At least for me it reduced my mouse lag by 95%. The only time it lags is in a convoy, close range, and in the periscope. Even then it is much better. My FPS didn't change any. I'm not sure what ATI calls this in the catalyst. I hope this works for others.
