Default [REL] Slower & Less damaging Lifeboats

Slower & Less damaging Lifeboats.

After sinking a Merchant which jettisoned a few lifeboats. I then watched as a Destroyer came in and hit one of the lifeboats. This was followed by the sounds you usually get if your subs being rammed.

I then continued to watch as the Destroyer caught fire and keeled over and sunk.

I decided to tone down the damage a bit and make the rafts a lot slower. Now you can actually pull along side one or ram it, depending on how you feel.

Great fix.

One less "funky" thing in the game. Not that i'm complaining any. The graphics in this game are superg and the smooth framerates indicate excellent computer programming.

One other "funky" thing is the reporting of the lifeboats as "merchant ships". A minor funk for sure. But if we can iron all of these out the game will become a real smooth experience. I'm one of those that can never tire of the best aspects of navy simulations like SH4.

It is JSGME ready. You should have 2 folders in there, One Data with the SH4 files and a documentation folder. I think something went wrong when you either downloaded it or when you extracted it.

I always add a documentation folder. That way when you right click on the Mod in the left pane of JSGME you can open up any of the text files from within the program.
