Incandescent Watch Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 28 Downloads: 23 Uploads: 0	Boat Speed has anyone delved into making a speed-boat out of these news ships? In SH3, I was enjoying running at surface speeds of 80+ knots. Was awesome. In this edition, I have not been able to find the engine upgrades. I did it in SH3 by boosting the numbers of the Supercharger upgrades. From 1.3 to 5.0 or there abouts.
