Windows 64bit & SH4

Has anyone heard which copyright protection they are using for SH4? I guess it would be Starforce as they used it for SH3. But perhaps they changed ? The reason I ask is that Im using Windows 64bit version (AMD64) and can't run my legit copy of SH3 as the star force copyprotection doesnt support win64. (Starforce does support win64 but that would require a new patch of SH3 and that will never happen) So would anyone know if am I able to play silent hunter 4 or not?
