Nautilus on review page?
On the subsim reviews page, the title bar has a game representation of the uss nautilus (i think) what game is this from? or is it just a 3d model? This has probably been asked before.

It's a 3d model made by a talented modeler or possibly a PS job, but I doubt that. And this question has never been asked before.
