Default two mod Ideas is it possible to.............

is it possible to.............

1. Make map zones into squalls containing weather within there boundries
a storm you can sail up to and through as it were.

2. make signal flags off the wires on the escorts that spell out taunts
or dirty words or flotilla numbers even.

I have some more of these but im having some difficulty uploading them at the moment

I've read books where U-boats where caught on the surface and ran for fog patches & rain patches on the surface to loose there stalkers. This would be awsome if you could see rain storms in the distance or fog patches to set up your ambushes. :hmm:

I'm almost sure fog banks could be done but I'd bet the hit on FPS would be a
killer.

The signal flags could be done by creating a few 3d models and adding nodes
in the right places.

Default indeed

it is a nice site I have the rest of the RN/RCN flag pages I just need to work out a bug with them ??

the whole Idea behind trying to create a weather zone is a great one.

to sail for cover or unmask from it could be a tactical hoot and as part
of the Real world experience would add to the ambiance of the sim.
