IX-D2 in GWX
In Gray Wolves IX-D2 becomes available Jan 1st 1943. Is it available any earlier in GWX?

my longest partol in an IXD2 has been 2 days. Left bergen in feb 44, as soon as I got out into the north sea, Two avengers spotted my snokel and pounced, sending me to the bottom!
 My fault i know....
