Just saw the gwx trailer . Its cool . Im on gw1.1a now but i dont like the the fact that it takes an average of 4 eels to finish of a cargo ship . Also i miss the planes even when i run only on 256 x TC . In Gw 1.1a The Destroyers ,s still dont pose a serieus threat to me even if i dont go under 90 meters it only get a little more fun if i get off silent running when destroyers are close and then they often miss and rarely even touch me . From the start of 1941 to may 1942 i had only 2 small incidents which hardly damaged my sub . only one was submerged . One more thing do i really have to start a fresh career when i install gwx? I,d rather not . But if if the things i mentioned are improved i would .

Both, the ships damage models and the sensors have been changed. And yes, you have to start a fresh career as you must re-install SHIII and apply the 1.4 patch. It wont install otherwise. This decision was made due the numerous 'TGW1.1a WONT WORK!!!" threads we got after the release of the TGW1.1a. On 99% of the cases the problem was on the users SHIII install.
