Over all Modding Guide?

After searching here, there, and Google, I'm lost!

Does there exist a guide that tells where stuff is at?

I mean like where I could find the small crew thingy do, launch em into the sea,
stuff the COOL Hollywood mod calls?

I got a couple ideas after lookin' at the Pescarus issue that I'd like to try out. :hmm:
OK, I got my Flame suit on, so I'm ready!

No need of a flame there matey, it's a perfectly good question..I'm sure you will get all the answers you need. Here at subsim you will find alot of people ready to help you. I just wished i could but i dont know where everything is either

I've started a data base so I can build a guide as I go.
But if there is a guide out there then I'm loseing time that
I could well spend elsewhere.
