V- MOD Ultimate with SS uniforms

Well the final form of V-Mod is done: V-Mod Ultimate.

(Victory Mod was where the Germans win the war)

Several changes were made:
* Increased chances of finding and killing warships
* Increased convoys
* Added bases, such as one in the Aleutian Islands
* Fixed the ending date of the war
* Added uniforms for the Waffen SS Flotillas
* Added supply ships to make crossing the Pacific more enjoyable
