I forget the "characters'" names, but maybe KaleunMarco will come along and tell you the pre-fix to look for among the files. The pre-fix designates their positions or rank on the boat. Then maybe you could do some "surgical" editing of the ogg files and lower their voices maybe just a pinch, so you can then sail again, without all of the helium voices...
