The utility runs from batch files (*.bat), which are not able to "search" for your install, even if the names are just slightly different between where you installed the game, and where the batch file is looking for it. Rockin Robbins put some documentation on how to edit the batch files, but if you misplaced a space, comma, period, etc., the batch files can't figure-out what you want.
