I just happened to think (scary thought that)... have you cleared the Save folder between any major mod changes? Such going from Stock to TMO, or maybe after playing TMO and then adding RSRDC, did you empty the Save folder ("C:\Users \UserName \Documents \SH4" by default, unless you change it with
MultiSH4 v1.5)? If you do not clear that folder, then you end up with a mix of stock and any mods loaded. For whatever reason, the game "assumes" that if a file has the same name in the Save folder, as one in the game folder, it will not replace that file, and thus you have a mix of mods, aka: mod soup. ?? That can cause issues with several aspects of the game.
