You need to use v1.5 of SH4 - with the U-Boats in it, for the Operation Monsun mod from lurker_hlb3. The download links are further down in that posting. Another option of that sort is to use Fifi's
Dark Waters mod, which is built on lurker's Operation Monsun mod, and is all-inclusive. The original poster back-when was asking about the Uboat Mission Add-On v1.5, which was the original packaging of the paid update for Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific v1.4. You can now purchase the "Gold Edition" of SH4 which includes all of the updates. As it stands, the v1.5 has the Type XVIII and Type IXD2 boats in it, nothing else... You need mods to get the other boats.
