I do not remember a "manual" per se, but skwasjer did do some "tutorials", some of which are still alive in
his signature. You can also "search" for him on YouTube and possibly find some others. Jeff-Groves is into animation also, and has a couple of threads here that might be useful. Use an external search engine and use "site:subsim.com/radioroom Jeff-Groves animation" for your search term, and see if that doesn't find some of his posts.
