Well... imagine that... another user with UAC turned-off so that they can run "legacy" apps... I wonder if that's what's going on with my Steam SH3 and SH5 on my Win10 laptop?... You should NOT have to bend over (including backwards) to get things running in Win10 like this, because of an update... In your case, I wonder if it has to do with the use of external hard drives... are you on USB or eSATA?
