I must say I haven't been able to get a clear view of flags in game, so I am not sure if they are in it or not.

if you want to get info on planes in AOD or CAOD, you can go in the vehicle preview in the menu.

I What I do, is I get info on thoses devils from the skyes, and when my watchman spots one, I target it in the tactical/close up map, and then press I, My watch officer then tells me the aircraft name and then I decide what to do depending on the situation!
