If you run into the same issue as mine, just restart a new campaign. It will fix the issue. TWOS feels very unstable. It requires some reload and restart in order to fix things.

I'm afraid that your final note wont explain anything. What kind of instability were you referring to? The problem you described could only be caused if you've decide to load campaign save from the
stock game into your SH5 with TWoS, although I have no idea why would anyone do something like this...
