What is the "native" resolution of your display monitor for the computer? Is Windows set to that? Is that "1920x1080, 16:9, 60Hz" the same thing? Do you have any "widescreen" mods activated? There is like a "shadow" surrounding your entire submarine, almost like there is a 3D app running, and you are supposed to have on 3D glasses to view the screen. Plus, you have that wide, black stripe along the side of the sub... Is that a skin you have applied? btw, that "Terrain Objects LOD Size" setting slider can go to the left most of the way. That is the data buffer size basically, and you apparently have a strong computer, so fetching less data more often should be more efficient for your settings.
