Find file silenthunteriii\data\cfg\basic.cfg.

Search for "[SubmarineX]" (without the quotes), where X = 0,1,2,3.
For each [SubmarineX], find "DaysSpentinBase=".

Replace the existing values with whatever values you prefer.
