I use

RFB 1.5
RSRD for 1.5
RSDS patch for RFB 1.5
PE4 with all mods that come with it
RUIM uniform mod
ROW sound effects

These mods work good together.

There Is a program that allows you to customise your own gauge and task bar thing in the SH4 FB mod section.
