You can't legislate for stupidity, really. People listen to Bill O'Reilly or Al Franken and take it as legitimate. The same people read hard news and refuse to believe it. |
Exactly my point. I wasn't suggesting legislation, just that it would be kind of op-ed writers who aren't quite as obvious or well-known to label their material as such. It was just a thought. Legislation for stupidity happens all the time, that's why de-evolution is progressing at such a rapid rate
