The mini Chrono Mod cannot be made JSGME ready, because this will overwrite your existing Menu_1027_768.ini.The Menu_1024... is used by several Mods, and overwriting it will cause conflicts.
Therefore you have to overwrite the needed files manually, or use JtxE, which is as easy to use as JSGME. Please read this thread with a description how to use JTxE and with mini chrono 1.4.

Put the MiniChrono.ini in the Ini_Mods Folder. (Start JTxE once, it create it automatically, or create it manually).
