Work? That's a four letter word around my house:rotfl: Seriously, if you go over to
battleflags.net and click on the download a new boat section and take a look through the boats that have already been "built" you'll see that there are quite a few there. Building the boats can be a lot of work (finding patches, cropping emblems, placing emblems, etc.) but once a boat is built then it's just a matter of adding the killflags to the skin and updating the battle flags.
So, to answer your question, yes and no
