Now, to the subject...
Your ideas seem very interesting, and they certainly would add a lot of atmosphere to the game, but I am not sure if they can be implemented. I am not into modding that kind of stuff, it's beyond my knowledge and ability, but for sure there many talented modders here like privateer, Racerboy (AWOL :rotfl: ), Bigboywooly and many more that don't come to my mind right now.
(Sorry for all the names I forget to mention).
Be patient and for sure someone will respond in more favorable terms to your questions.
