There is a section in the GWX Manual called "The 10th Flotilla in the Far East." Within it (on page 166) you will find Table 12, which lists all of the grid references (
e.g. , "MALABAR") for the Indian Ocean patrol zones ("
Malabarküste"). Page 167 shows a map of the Indian Ocean with all named patrol zones.
