But that video is not really about hydrophone use. The only thing I can think of is the second link in the first post by Dantenoc:

And you might want to consider Raduz' hydrophone proppelor sound-mod. It has a pretty good manual about how to intercept and setup for a kill using manual TDC and hydrophone only. (based on the mod ofcourse)

There should also be a video about hydrophone use by Mittelwachter, but it seems to have vanished from the net. I asked him recently if he could re-upload it but his comp was dead and wasn't sure he still had it all.
