Can anyone run one of those data-comparing programs (Seeadler did this for 1.3 as I recall) to compare 1.3 and 1.4 data to find out which files have been changed? That would be VERY helpful to the rest of us.

I'm in the process of doing that as we speak. I think y'all will be very pleasantly surprised at some of the stuff that may not have been mentioned in the change list. I'll have an HTML file of all the files that are changed/added/deleted shortly. I have no way of knowing if it really means what I think it means, but there are some new sound files
from the weapons officer.
