Some notes about your list:
Whatever you do, make sure to patch the game to version 1.3 before you play.
RFB and TM cannot both be used at the same time
Reflection's on the water includes NaturalSinking Mechanics
If you are into eye candy, you will definitely want to look into some of the interface mods like OakGroove's
Retextured Orders bar gauges, Jaketoox's
MetalHud and Stowa Kriegsmarine deck watch . Speaking of eye candy, don't forget about the desk pictures.
If you like radio mods there are several good ones (one of which you already have listed). If you really like radio mods and anticipate having a lot of radio stations, take a look at the RadioStationManager.
And you can't do mods without JSGME.
