Filefront, in their infinite wisdom, decided to delete that file because it was SO BIG (579KB LOL). I noticed it and reuploaded it and didn't even think about changing the link.

Just a hint, too, when you need to find the link to a mod that works with v1.3, there is a sticky at the top of the page for a list of all the mods. Excalibur Bane

keeps up with all the new releases and has them all listed by type of mod.
