Man, these are completly two different things - the patch issue and something being perfet.
It is just that the company which released the game knows exactly that they released a broken or rather unfinished product. trousers without one sleeve, car without brakes, color TV working only in B&W, a novel with half of the pages missing, a hamburger without meat, . The game isnt even compatibile with its own manual.

one can enjoy it now, 1.2, but it does not mean that it shouldnt be fixed - finished.

It is an ethical conflict for respect for customers. The distance between customers and the service-good provider makes it easy for them to sell unfinished product. If I went to a hairdressed and ordered a trimming and he said after doing half of the job that he is not going to finish it I would be in a better position to smash him in his face than i am now, being totally neglected and insulted by sheer fact that I have to show my interest in the product Ibought being finished or brought to state in which it can be described as "without serous problems".
